Welcome to Apamaule Online Store. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, ship, and deliver orders placed through our Shopify online store.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

For normal stationery and ready-stock items, processing usually takes 1–3 business days.

For custom or printed items such as ID cards, banners, labels, school materials, personalised stationery, uniforms, or shirt printing designs, processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order.

Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Areas

Apamaule Online Store ships within Papua New Guinea.

We may deliver to:

  • Maprik and nearby areas
  • Wewak
  • East Sepik Province
  • Other provinces in Papua New Guinea
  • Schools, churches, businesses, government offices, NGOs, and individual customers

For remote locations, delivery arrangements may depend on available transport, courier, PMV, air freight, or sea freight services.

3. Shipping Methods

Shipping may be arranged using available and reliable delivery options, including:

  • Local delivery
  • Courier service
  • Air freight
  • Sea freight
  • Bus or PMV freight
  • Customer-arranged pickup
  • Third-party logistics or freight agents

The most suitable shipping method will depend on the customer’s location, size of goods, weight, urgency, and available transport services.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.

The final shipping cost may depend on:

  • Delivery location
  • Weight of the package
  • Size or volume of the package
  • Type of transport required
  • Urgency of delivery
  • Fragility or special handling requirements

For some orders, shipping fees may be calculated after the order is confirmed. We will contact the customer before dispatch if additional freight charges apply.

5. Local Pickup

Customers may request local pickup where available.

Pickup details, location, and time must be confirmed with Apamaule Online Store before collection. Customers must provide proof of payment or order confirmation before receiving goods.

6. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location and transport availability.

General estimated delivery times are:

Other provinces in PNG 5–14 business days or more

Delivery may take longer due to weather, road conditions, shipping delays, airline delays, public holidays, or other issues outside our control.

7. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, Apamaule Online Store will provide tracking details or delivery updates to the customer.

For deliveries using local transport, PMV, freight agents, or informal carriers, tracking may not always be available. In such cases, we will provide reasonable updates where possible.

8. Customer Delivery Details

Customers must provide correct delivery information when placing an order.

This includes:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Province
  • District / town
  • Delivery address or pickup point
  • Preferred delivery method, where applicable

Apamaule Online Store will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

9. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

We take care to pack all items properly before delivery.

Customers must check their goods immediately after receiving them. If an item is damaged, missing, or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Photos of damaged items or packaging
  • Description of the issue

Apamaule Online Store will review the case and may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party transport providers after the goods have been handed over, but we will assist customers where possible.

10. Custom Printed Orders

Custom printed products are prepared based on customer-approved designs, names, sizes, images, logos, colours, and wording.

Customers must carefully check and approve all designs before printing. Once a custom item has been printed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless the mistake was caused by Apamaule Online Store.

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

Apamaule Online Store is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Bad weather
  • Road closures
  • Transport breakdowns
  • Courier or freight delays
  • Public holidays
  • Customs or port delays
  • Power outages
  • Internet disruptions
  • Events beyond our control

We will still do our best to communicate with customers and resolve delivery issues quickly.

12. International Shipping

At this stage, Apamaule Online Store mainly serves customers within Papua New Guinea.

International shipping may be considered on request. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or international freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
